Quincy Dillingham
July 13, 1961 - December 13, 2021
Quincy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle & friend. He was a hard worker from Hugh Oliver’s Logging to farming with the Wilson’s for many years. For many years he served as a volunteer of the local fire department. Quincy was a member of Lodge #679 of Junction City, GA. Quincy succumbed to his illness on December 13, 2021, at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA. He was born to the parentage of Leola (Early) Dillingham and Johnny L. Williams, whom all preceded him in death. He was married to Lula Dillingham for 38 years, who preceded him in death. He leaves to cherish his memories the following family and loved ones: Daughter – Jennifer (Lonnie)Short of Warner Robins, GA; Son – Andre (Jerica)Short of Thomaston, GA. Six grandchildren – De’sha, Jaden, Brayden & Kaloni, all of Warner Robins, GA, Aden & Journey of Thomaston, GA. Four sisters – Lucile (William) Henderson of Byron; Vivian (Charlie) Carreker and Doris Short of Junction City, GA and Louise (Charlie) Williams of LaGrange, GA. Two brothers – Horace (Lucille)Dillingham of Thomaston, GA; Lawrence (Danielle)Williams and Harris Glenn (Bertha)Williams of LaGrange, GA Brother & Sister in laws – John (Lafonda) Short, Joe (Gaye) Short, Kent (Charlotte) Short & Jerry Short, Ella (Dennis) Fowler, John Jessie Ross & Joseph Sanders all of Butler, GA. Several family members & loved ones who preceded him in death: Daughter – Michelle Short, Brothers – Robert Lee & Thomas Dillingham Sisters – Mattie Wimberly, Sister and Brother in laws – Sammie, Fannie Mae & Irene Short And a host of other relatives & friends!!!
